4. To do crowns or bridge. Pls clarify
5. Any your special requirement
6. Share the download link of scan files which you transferred by wetransfer or uploaded by google drive. Or you can directly send the files to our email dentcases@hotmail.com and leave a note to let us know what is the order number/patient name of this case is

DHL/UPS Delivery time: 2 Days
Payment Term: Pay monthly. ( Like November Billing will be charged on 1th of Dec)
